Garner Health is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to serve as the technical anchor for our security function, leading design reviews and ensuring the security posture scales with our rapid growth. You will define security standards that protect sensitive healthcare data and ensure resilience against evolving threats while maintaining engineering velocity.

This role offers remote work with occasional travel to HQ in NYC, and a competitive compensation package including equity and benefits
