Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Staff Product Manager on the Credit & Pricing team. You will shape how consumers discover, understand, and use available credit, owning the strategy for experiences from shopping to repayment and marketing.

Lead with cross-functional partners across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, Commercial and Legal to resolve tradeoffs, drive activation and engagement, and deliver measurable results while ensuring responsible access to credit.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Experience leading substantial product areas and aligning teams
• Strong judgment and clear communication
• Ability to translate complex systems into intuitive experiences
• Experience with credit, lending, or AI-powered consumer experiences is a plus

Responsibilities

• Set product direction and translate strategy into team priorities
• Develop experiences that make credit understandable
• Create personalized consumer journeys using research and experimentation
• Own merchant prequalification and purchasing power experiences
• Lead decisions with cross-functional partnerships to balance needs and risks
