LTK is looking for a Staff Engineer, Identity to lead the engineering team responsible for its Identity platform. The role requires 4+ years of management experience and extensive expertise in Go, Auth0, and identity solutions. Responsibilities include driving the vision for the Identity Platform, ensuring scalability and security, and managing project requirements across different teams. Formación

• 4+ years of management/lead experience in engineering.
• 5+ years of shipping commercial products, preferably in Go.
• Experience architecting identity and authentication platforms.
• Deep understanding of Auth0, Okta or similar identity solutions.
• Experience rolling out authorization systems such as OPA, FGA.

Responsabilidades

• Drive vision and strategy for the Identity Platform.
• Deliver a scalable, secure API platform for public APIs.
• Migrate legacy auth systems to Auth0 with advanced features.
• Lead the enterprise IAM strategy as a subject matter expert.
• Guide the team on architecture principles and security best practices.
