Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Staff Enterprise Security Engineer to lead secure architecture for AI platforms and guide cross-functional teams in mitigating AI-related risks. The role emphasizes building the foundational guardrails and strategy to enable safe AI at scale.

You will mentor engineers, influence security policy, and partner with leadership to advance enterprise AI security across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in security engineering or infrastructure security.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams in a technical capacity at an enterprise.
• Expertise in cloud security (AWS, GCP) and container security (Kubernetes).
• Proven track record of designing and deploying complex security systems at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience building automation for complex security workflows, including AI-driven tools.
• Excellent communication skills to explain AI security risks to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design secure reference architectures for Enterprise AI platforms with strong data integrity and compliance.
• Develop a framework for AI vetting and drive policy shifts across the organization.
• Collaborate to set long-term roadmap for identity and posture management against AI risks.
• Maintain security posture with high-quality code and IaC across environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and advise leadership on AI security trends.
