Qualifications

• 3+ years of Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure/Platform Engineering, or related work.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, logging, and alert management in enterprise environments.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve visibility across infrastructure and platforms.
• Drive platform reliability by analyzing performance, availability, and capacity trends; address issues proactively.
• Manage patching and security remediation to maintain healthy environments.
• Develop automation solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
• Investigate production incidents; perform root cause analysis and implement long-term improvements.
