Job summary

You will deploy, maintain, and optimize large-scale HPC software infrastructure to ensure high reliability for cutting-edge research. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in secured HPC environments, strong Linux/Python/Bash skills, and experience with SLURM,

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS/CE or related field required.
• HPC experience including SLURM, MPI/OpenMP and GPU acceleration preferred.
• Strong Linux, Python and Bash scripting skills expected.
• Experience with build/configuration, dependencies, and runtime troubleshooting.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and ability to document complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize compute infrastructure across multiple large-scale HPC systems.
• Deploy, test, and validate live HPC clusters.
• Troubleshoot node failures by analyzing OS internals, compilers, and logs.
• Perform routine maintenance and performance tuning for HPC environments.
• Collaborate with researchers to open/close tickets ensuring reliability.
• Document complex software issues and act as liaison with internal teams.
• Develop automation scripts and monitoring tools to streamline management.
