Role Overview
As a Sr. Video Editor/Content Creator at Cult of Eunoia, you will lead the conception, editing, and production of high-impact video content across multiple digital platforms—Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and more. Your key focus is producing direct-response video ads, short-form brand films, and data-informed storytelling pieces that resonate with specific audience archetypes. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams (Creative Strategists, Copywriters, Developers) and leverage our EUNOIA and Triad frameworks to ensure every video meets brand expectations and performance goals. Success in this role hinges on combining technical editing expertise with a nuanced understanding of performance metrics, consumer psychology, and rapid iteration cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Content & Brand Alignment
• Produce, edit, and optimize direct-response videos that reflect Cult of Eunoia’s brand personality and core values.
• Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all videos, integrating EUNOIA and Triad archetypes.
• Performance-Focused Editing
• Craft narrative structures that engage viewers from the first second, driving immediate interest and conversions.
• Continually iterate and refine video content based on performance data, ensuring our ads remain optimized and relevant.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and client-facing teams to gather feedback and refine concepts.
