Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Sr Application Architect (OFSAA Technical Lead) to provide technical vision and direction within an application domain. The role focuses on architecture strategy, standards, and governance across the enterprise architecture landscape.

You will develop and communicate roadmaps, design and govern frameworks, and mentor delivery staff while aligning with Huntington's target state architecture. Remote work options are available with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related experience with OFSAA Application and Infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Experience architecting software solutions with demanding requirements such as performance, high availability, reliability, security, etc.
• Understand data and system integration patterns and technologies.
• Proficiency in managing large scale efforts.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and how architecture integrates with Agile development teams.
• Ability to articulate and transfer complex ideas to a wide audience through both verbal and written communication.
• Strong conceptual, critical thinking, technical and problem-solving skills with good attention to details.
• Articulate and have the ability to meet with high level management to present and/or deliver technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Design, document, develop and govern frameworks/platforms for consumption by the larger technical delivery organization.
• Be accountable for the creation and evolution of the overall application architecture strategy, its alignment with the Huntington Target State Enterprise Architecture and its usage patterns within the development community.
• Communicate and govern use of architectural trends and best practices within the application domain in both their delivery organization and the Huntington Enterprise Architecture organization.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate standards around design leadership, documentation, and stakeholder communication in line with HNB's federated architect program.
• Conduct product/solution evaluations for architectural domain in both their delivery organization and the Huntington Enterprise Architecture organization.
• Mentor technical delivery staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation Range

$102,000 - $208,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
