Job summary

D1 Training Indian Land seeks an independent Sports Performance Business Development Consultant to drive new revenue by building relationships with athletes, families, schools, teams, clubs, sports organizations, agents, coaches, and other referral partners.

The consultant will focus on generating business across three revenue channels: Personal Training, Team & Organizational Partnerships, and Elite & Professional Athlete Development.

Qualifications

• Candidates with proven success in business development or consultative sales within the sports or youth athletics space.
• Established relationships in the Indian Land / Greater Charlotte sports community preferred.
• Ability to originate opportunities independently and manage a pipeline with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospective personal-training clients and partnerships.
• Develop relationships with schools, clubs, and sports organizations.
• Engage with coaches, agents, and athletes to create qualified opportunities.
• Advance opportunities from outreach to proposal and signed agreements.
• Maintain prospect ownership documentation for commission attribution.
