Syneos Health, a leading fully integrated biopharmaceutical solutions organization, seeks a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team.

In this remote role, you will assist with clinical project coordination, CTMS and Veeva Vault tasks, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and help ensure study documentation and timelines are maintained.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research with understanding of trial processes.
• Experience with Veeva Vault and CTMS is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to coordinate meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
