Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work remotely in a school setting within the state of Washington. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.

The caseload is primarily pre-K through 12, with a start date ASAP and a schedule Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include assessments, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans, along with therapy for articulation, language delays, and swallowing disorders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Current WA state SLP license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience delivering services in school-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of speech, language, and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Use standardized tests, observations, and interviews to inform diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy for articulation, language delays, fluency, and related disorders.
• Counsel individuals and families about communication disorders and progress.
• Train and integrate assistive technologies to support communication.

Overview

• Setting: remote, school
• Schedule: M - F
• $65/hour+ for qualified SLPs
• Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages.
• Use standardized tests, observations, and interviews to gather information for diagnosis.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, setting specific and measurable goals tailored to the needs of each client.
• Provide therapy to individuals with speech and language disorders, including articulation disorders, fluency disorders, language delays, and language disorders.
• Provide counseling and support to individuals and their families, addressing emotional and social aspects of communication disorders
• Integrate and train individuals in the use of assistive technologies that can enhance communication and daily living
• Conduct screenings to identify individuals at risk for speech and language disorders and implement preventive measures

Qualifications

• Relevant SLP experience

• State and contract-specific compliance requirements
