Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services across multiple states through a fully remote delivery model.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a California SLP license (or the equivalent in the state of residence) to support California students, with strong teletherapy experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current California SLP license to provide services to California students.
• Current SLP license/authorization in the state where you reside.
• Ability to maintain all required licenses remotely.
• School-based SLP experience preferred.
• Teletherapy and/or tele-assessment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ethically and legally defensible school-based speech-language services through a remote delivery model.
• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and provide services aligned with student needs.
• Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and IEP teams.
• Recommend service delivery modifications, accommodations, and strategies to support student success.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation, data collection, attendance records, and service logs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and other clinical or special projects as assigned.
