Job summary

Littleton Elementary School District is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist in Tolleson, AZ, to provide direct or consultative services to students with speech and language needs. Qualifications

• Knowledge of habilitation and rehabilitation of speech, language, and hearing disorders.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple work locations as assigned.
• Using computer and related software.
• Analyzing and interpreting data.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide individual and group therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and METs.
• Attend CST, 504, MET, and IEP meetings.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnoses of speech-language issues.
• Develop and document treatment plans or protocols.
• Determine progress and readiness for termination of therapy.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate classroom activities.
• Attend regular speech therapy meetings.
• Maintain and file required reports and records.
• Perform equipment checks and maintenance.
• Collect data for quality improvement.
• Comply with district policies and licensing boards.
• Present a positive role model and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
