Job summary

RWS TrainAI is seeking Speech AI Evaluation Specialists to work remotely from Thailand on a Chinese Simplified content improvement project. This freelance, part-time role offers flexible scheduling and immediate start.

You will engage in short voice conversations with AI models, follow prompts, rate responses, and provide structured feedback to support quality assurance.

Applicants should be native in Chinese Simplified and have strong English (B2-C2). Prior data tasks or labeling is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Chinese Simplified.
• English proficiency levels B2-C2.
• Experience in AI data tasks, data collection or labeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses based on relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
