Dorado is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to help improve AI-generated content in Chinese Simplified (USA). This freelance, part-time role is remote from the USA with a flexible schedule and an immediate start.

You will rate AI responses, follow guided prompts, and provide actionable feedback to support safe and effective AI models. The position targets individuals with native Chinese Simplified fluency and strong English skills, offering 10+ hours per week at 18 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Chinese Simplified.
• English proficiency at high levels (B2–C2).
• Experience with ML tasks, data collection/preprocessing, data evaluation/QA, or labeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
