Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (Special Education or related field preferred).
Experience with students who have learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, or other special education needs.
Familiarity with IEPs and 504 plans and common accommodations.
Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
Strong virtual instruction skills with video conferencing and online engagement.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's IEP goals, accommodations, and learning profile.
Create structured lesson plans that align with student goals, standards, and required accommodations.
Adapt instruction in real time based on student questions, progress, and engagement.
Track student progress and communicate with families and school district partners when applicable.
