Qualifications

• Active licensed Pharmacy Technician in AZ, OH, or FL.
• Certified by PTCB or ExCPT.
• Experience as Pharmacy Technician or call-center experience in a pharmacy or related setting.
• Strong communication skills and basic Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support Pharmacists in Specialty Rx preparation and dispensing.
• Handle inbound calls from patients and providers.
• Enter prescription orders into the system.
