Job summary

Heartland Dental, the nation’s largest dental support organization, seeks a Manager of Specialty Operations Support to streamline onboarding, lead platform adoption of Conuity Care Coordination, and drive cross-functional coordination across Specialty Operations, Field Operations, and Support Office.

You will oversee onboarding of specialty practices, track performance metrics, and develop dashboards to support data-driven decisions. Remote-friendly role with travel 1–2 times per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred, or 3–5 years of Heartland Dental operations experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across departments, and drive consistent processes.
• Experience managing external partner relationships, platform rollout, or customer-facing operational support.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence across teams and levels.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet; Ortho2 experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and develop team members through coaching and performance feedback.
• Lead onboarding, integration, and ongoing operational support of specialty practices.
• Own Conuity Care Coordination platform implementation and adoption.
• Build partnerships across departments to promote alignment and consistency.
• Develop and maintain specialty reporting, dashboards, and metrics.
• Coordinate training, communications, and resource development for field readiness.
• Improve specialty systems and workflows with stakeholders.
• Support monthly business reviews and process improvements.
• Maintain specialty resources and documentation for consistent execution.
• Represent Heartland Dental at specialty events and partner engagements.
