Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid SC educator certificate and experience in special education preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement service delivery models.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Travel up to 25% for professional development and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate Speech-Language Pathologists and School Psychologists.
• Develop and implement comprehensive service delivery models for SLPathology and psychology services.
• Coordinate IEPs and intervention plans with educators and families.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for special education.
• Plan and deliver professional development for the team.
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and families to support students.
