Job summary

Global Psychological is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with speech and language needs in the school setting. You will assess communication abilities, provide evidence-based therapy, and help develop IEPs to meet individual student needs.

You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure compliance and progress toward educational goals. Remote opportunities are available, with full-time W-2 employment and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA Certification (CFY or CCC) required or in progress.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech and language abilities, and create comprehensive reports.
• Provide targeted therapy to improve communication, learning, and participation.
• Develop and implement IEPs for students with speech and language needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals on classroom strategies.
• Consult with staff and families to support student communication and development.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and coordinate services across the IEP team.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy services for accountability and compliance.
