Job summary

Hurix is seeking experienced, Spanish-speaking Instructional Designers to design and develop engaging, learner-focused instructional content in Spanish. This remote role requires candidates to reside where the client has infrastructure in the United States, India, Canada, and potentially Mexico.

You will work with SMEs and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective learning solutions. Responsibilities include creating objectives, content, activities, and assessments,

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish with strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Designer, Curriculum Developer, or similar role.
• Experience designing structured learning content, assessments, and learner activities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and internal project teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional content and learning experiences in Spanish.
• Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into learning solutions.
• Create and review course materials, including objectives, content, activities, and assessments.
• Ensure content is accurate, culturally appropriate, learner-friendly, and aligned with quality standards.
• Support revisions and incorporate feedback within project timelines.
• Work independently in a remote, fast-paced project environment.
