The TemPositions Group is seeking experienced, Spanish-bilingual Immigration Defense Attorneys for a full-time remote temporary contract role. You will support unaccompanied children by conducting sensitive interviews and gathering facts to identify eligible relief while maintaining confidentiality.

Work schedule is 40 hours per week, primarily evenings, nights, and weekends, with occasional day shifts. Remote work means you will collaborate with case managers and staff across locations while

Formación

• Active U.S. bar license required.
• Minimum 3 years of defense experience, immigration defense preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts phone interviews with unaccompanied children to gather facts on family relationships, living circumstances, and immigration history.
• Identify information supporting immigration relief, removal prevention, or safe reunification with sponsors.
• Document interviews thoroughly and coordinate with case managers in a fully remote setting.
