Job summary

EWOR GmbH is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. You will be directly employed by EWOR while building your venture, with the option of up to €500k in funding.

You will receive 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders each week, and gain access to a community of the top 0.1% founders, peers and investors. You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate, and you will take full ownership to reach €100M+ in revenues with guidance to reach product-market

Qualifications

• Requirements: You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
• You are willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• You have excellent communication skills in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Space Tech.
• Embark on a personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and follow a customised programme enhancing goal, time, and energy management.
• Receive support in hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals and guidance from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to make your startup ready to raise millions in funding.
• Iterate your product with EWOR until achieving product-market-fit and receive support in building a sales force or marketing engine.
