InterVarsity Press is seeking a Southeast Regional Black Campus Ministry (BCM) Coordinator to lead and expand Black Campus Ministry across the region. This role involves providing spiritual leadership, developing ministry strategies, and fostering effective partnerships with historically Black colleges and universities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, experience in ministry, and be deeply committed to serving diverse campus communities. The position is remote, full-time, and offers competitive benefits along with a salary dependent on fundraising efforts.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years’ prior experience as an InterVarsity Campus Staff or equivalent ministry experience.
• Ability to communicate spiritual vision and teach spiritual principles.
• Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet software.

Aufgaben

• Provide spiritual leadership to the region for ministry areas.
• Initiate and strengthen BCM chapters at HBCUs and PWIs.
• Develop spiritual vision and strategy for the area of ministry.
