Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4–8 years professional experience in a related technical role.
- Experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on with containerization and cloud-native architectures.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot production issues.
- 1–2 years of Python development.
Responsibilities
- Platform stewardship with analytics, dashboards, alerts, and reporting.
- Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure, scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain software that is scalable, secure, and self-healing.
- Lead root-cause analyses and drive operational improvements.
- Create documentation for training, deployment, and operations.
