• Guard code quality through reviews that educate as well as catch issues.
• Review pull requests and uphold engineering standards across the team.
• Map data flow across Content Creation Corp's Git services and identify leaks.
• Harden Content Creation Corp's React auth for VA audit readiness.
• Set Agile coding standards for the engineering organization.
• Coordinate releases with stakeholders across Norfolk, VA and remote teams.
• Reduce latency on critical user paths across the platform.
