Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership.
• BS in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• US Citizenship or Green Card for federal contract work; must work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform evidence-based technical governance reviews of applications, architectures, and pipelines.
• Assess docs and code to ensure alignment with approved designs and standards; document findings and recommendations.
• Review solution architectures for new capabilities and modernization initiatives; translate needs into architecture decisions and patterns.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools across the SDLC to accelerate analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation with human review.
• Lead small technical efforts; mentor junior team members and deliver governance assessments and implementation guidance.
• Evaluate platforms against mission fit, security, scalability, and total cost; document tradeoffs and recommendations.
