Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and building full-stack solutions using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js) and languages (Java, PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python).
• Experience performing architecture, code, and delivery reviews with actionable recommendations.
• Ability to translate mission/business needs into architecture decisions and reusable patterns.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and SDLC acceleration while ensuring security and governance.

Responsibilities

• Perform governance reviews of architectures, code, integrations, and deployments, ensuring alignment with standards and security.
• Document findings, owners, technical debt, and waivers through closure with clear recommendations.
• Review architectures for new capabilities, translating needs into decisions and reusable patterns.
• Lead small technical efforts, mentor juniors, and deliver governance assessments and implementation guidance.
