Maximus is seeking a Solutions Analyst to partner with stakeholders, drive operational improvements, and develop strategies that enhance program performance. This remote role requires strong analytical, modeling, and documentation skills to support solution design across complex initiatives.

You will build accelerators, dashboards, and reusable assets, while translating client needs into practical solution components and presentations for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience creating analytical models, forecasts, and decision-support materials.

Responsabilités

• Produce analyses, models, forecasts, and documentation to develop executable solutions.
• Maintain volumetric models, workload forecasts, and staffing calculations.
