Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation seeks an experienced Solution Architect – Agentic AI to drive enterprise architecture for next-generation AI agent capabilities. You will shape reference architectures, platform standards, and governance models enabling scalable adoption across the software lifecycle and business domains.

You will work with technology and business stakeholders to establish reusable AI agent capabilities and accelerate enterprise adoption across major programs.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• 7+ years in cloud-native architecture and platform engineering.
• 5+ years building AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience defining enterprise architecture, governance, and guardrails.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale platform initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise reference architectures for AI Agents and related platforms.
• Establish architecture standards, patterns, and reusable frameworks.
• Drive governance and architectural reviews for AI initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
• Accelerate adoption through reusable agent assets and shared services.
