Job summary

Nautilus Solar Energy, LLC is seeking a Capital Markets Associate to execute project financings and perform strategic analysis to support the growth of its solar portfolio. The role requires strong financial modeling, attention to detail, and the ability to work remotely with occasional travel.

You will build and maintain project finance models, evaluate investment opportunities, and prepare portfolio valuations for the Executive Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree or CFA/CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models, including project finance models, DCF analysis and valuations.
• Prepare quarterly valuation of a 200+ project portfolio for Executive Team.
• Structure and negotiate project financing agreements including debt and tax equity.
• Track project expenditures and ensure alignment with budgets.
