Job summary

Gururo Pvt Ltd. is seeking a remote software tester in the United States to design independent web test cases, provide feedback on testing strategies, and perform load tests for new products.

You will also manage and train apprentices and new developers, document quality processes for replication, and oversee testing projects across each phase of the SDLC, improving functionality and usability of new products.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a software tester
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with functional, integration, regression, mobile, performance and security testing
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Design independent web test cases for each newly developed web application
• Provide feedback to developers on automated testing strategies, design fixes and patches
• Perform system load tests for new products
• Manage and train apprentices, junior testers and new developers
• Document quality processes for replication in other locations
• Manage testing projects across each phase of the SDLC
• Improve functionality, design and usability of new products
