Booz Allen Hamilton in McLean, VA seeks a Software Test Engineer to collaborate with developers, requirements analysts, and government stakeholders to validate software for our client. You will create test strategies and trace requirements to verification methods, executing functional, integration, regression, performance, and mission-relevant tests.

You will track and report bugs, verify fixes, and drive improvements through the life cycle.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience performing software testing, systems validation, or verification activities.
Experience with Jira.
Experience analyzing and comprehending software requirements, and defining test methods.
Experience developing test plans, test cases, and detailed test procedures; experience with functional, integration, regression, or performance testing.
Experience communicating findings to development teams.
Ability to collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and government test organizations.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
HS diploma or GED.
