Job summary

Cornelis Networks, Inc. is seeking a Software Program Manager to drive execution across software initiatives for next-generation HPC and AI interconnect products.

The role requires coordinating across software, firmware, hardware, validation, product, and customer-facing workstreams in a fast-paced startup environment. You will establish processes, align engineering teams, identify risks early, and communicate clearly with executives and customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software project management, including schedules, dependencies, and release execution.
• Experience supporting HPC, AI/ML infrastructure, or performance-critical systems.
• Experience coordinating software deliverables with hardware/platform schedules.
• Strong knowledge of modern methodologies, AI workflows; proficient with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive Software Project Execution – Lead planning and execution for key software initiatives with schedules and milestones.
• Drive Software Execution for Next-Generation Products – Manage software schedules and dependencies for product milestones.
• Drive Cross-Functional Software Project Alignment – Align priorities and dependencies across software, firmware, hardware, and platform teams.
• Support Release Planning and Readiness – Plan releases, track scope, coordinate readiness, and support go/no-go decisions.
• Provide Visibility and Operating Cadence – Create dashboards, status reports, and risk registers for leadership.
• Coordinate Customer-Impacting Issues – Track ownership and mitigation plans across teams for customer-facing issues.
