Job summary

Neogen Corporation is seeking a Software Product Manager to define strategy, roadmap, and delivery for core software products and platform capabilities. You will be the voice of the customer and market, translating problems, objectives, data, and insights into outcomes, prioritized investments, and actionable plans in a cross-functional, agile environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of software product management experience.
Experience owning customer-facing software, SaaS products, or data products from discovery through post-launch optimization.
Demonstrated experience delivering software capabilities and measurable outcomes.
Experience with product discovery, strategy, roadmapping, prioritization, and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and measurable objectives aligned with company goals.
Lead continuous product discovery through customer interviews, market research, and validation.
Translate opportunities into outcome-based roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and release goals.
Prioritize tradeoffs across value, impact, effort, and risk.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design to clarify intent and adapt scope based on learning.
