Job summary

Experience maintaining trackers, spreadsheets, reports, or status updates.
Experience working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience supporting technology request, review, or procurement processes.

Responsibilities

Receive, organize, and track software requests and maintain a request tracker.
Coordinate with requestors and stakeholders to gather information and provide status updates.
Monitor requests through applicable review, approval, and procurement processes; track action items and due dates.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to intake and routing workflows.
