Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Minimum 7+ years in software engineering.
• 3+ years coding in Go, Java, and/or JavaScript.
• Hands-on technical manager who designs, builds and deploys scalable products.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day activities of dynamic engineering teams, including scrums and retrospectives.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs, user-facing experiences, services, and systems.
• Provide technical and architectural direction for development, testing, and maintenance of the platform.
• Lead agile software processes and introduce industry best practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align roadmaps and release schedules.
• Mentor, recruit, and develop engineers; manage performance and career growth.
• Act as internal ambassador for engineering to other groups.
