Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field is required.
• 5+ years of software development with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
• Strong project management skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of mid to senior-level software engineers, providing guidance on complex technical challenges.
• Lead the planning, development, and delivery of multiple software projects, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software efforts with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in software development practices, including code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and support team members’ career development.
• Assist in strategic planning for the software engineering department, including resource allocation and technology investments.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent.
