Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development, focusing on LMR systems or related technologies.
• Strong experience with embedded systems and real-time software development.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or Java, focusing on Linux platforms.
• Familiar with LMR technologies, including knowledge of protocols such as P25, TETRA, or DMR.
• Experience with version control systems, debugging tools, and build automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software, including bug fixes and features.
• Develop and optimize software for real-time, low-latency applications.
• Integrate software solutions with existing networks, external APIs, and communication systems.
• Write unit tests, perform debugging, and resolve issues.
