Milliman IntelliScript is seeking a Software Engineer to drive early-stage innovation and MVP development in a remote-capable team. You will translate ambiguous problems into working solutions, building MVPs, testing concepts, and iterating with user feedback.

The role emphasizes rapid delivery within cloud-native AWS services, collaboration across a small cross-functional team, and contributions to scalable product ideas that unlock growth.

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
Strong experience with C# (.NET 8), React and SQL.
Cloud development experience, preferably with AWS.
Understanding of Agile practices (e.g. Scrum).
Experience with full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and iterate on MVPs, prototypes, and early-stage solutions.
Rapidly test ideas by building lightweight implementations for user feedback.
Translate ambiguous problems into tangible technical solutions.
