Qualifications

• Experience of ~2-4 years in Python is a must.
• Exposure to CRM / SFDC Sales cloud implementations will be an added advantage.
• Worked on at least 10 + projects.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new customers on Aviso platform.
• Handling production issues according to defined SLAs.
• Conducting comprehensive root cause analyses for issues.
• Testing new product features on live customers.

Skills

Expertise in Python programming

Strong understanding of logics and OOPS

Understanding of application architecture

Moderate experience of Integration through API

Salesforce Sales cloud implementation experience

Project Management capabilities

Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
