Job summary

The role supports modernization efforts using Delphi, Angular, Java, and SQL, with opportunities to influence architecture and user experience while serving customers across the US in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience developing software in Delphi or similar strongly typed languages.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Curiosity about how systems work.
• Interest in maintaining and improving existing applications while helping build modern solutions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and solve complex customer and production issues requiring technical expertise and curiosity.
• Work across the full lifecycle of our products, from diagnosing issues to long-term solutions.
• Modernize established software into a modern Angular/Java architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, QA, and Engineering to improve customer outcomes.
• Analyze existing systems to understand business logic and identify improvements.
