Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with interim DoD clearance eligibility.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
• Software development experience with Python, Java, and SQL; basic HTML/JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket and UNIX command line.
• Strong communication for virtual team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software in Python/Java/SQL.
• Create dashboards using Kibana or similar tools to support staff.
• Develop Kafka integrations and data pipelines with Elasticsearch/Logstash and Databricks.
• Apply AI/ML and automation capabilities to projects.
• Assist with deployment, testing, and maintenance of Kafka/Elastic environments.
• Develop automated tests and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and Bitbucket.
• Work in an Agile setting with a distributed team.
