Amentum is a global leader in advanced engineering and technology solutions. The Software Engineer II will perform full stack development with C# in the .NET Core platform, using ReactJS, MVC, Linq, and REST APIs.

This US remote teleworking position requires US Citizenship. Essential responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting software, ensuring data feeds and interfaces function correctly, and participating in design reviews.

Qualifications

• Typically, 3 years of C# programming experience with .NET, MVC, Linq, and REST API development plus a related Bachelor’s degree.
• ReactJS programming experience preferred.
• US Citizenship is required and ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, design, develop, troubleshoot, and analyze software programs for computer-based systems.
• Ensure automated data feeds and system interfaces work as intended.
• Participate in software requirements reviews, design reviews, and software acceptance reviews.
• Design, write, test, deploy and support software code as assigned.
• Perform software upgrades in accordance with quality procedures.
• Frequent inter-organizational and customer contacts on technical matters.
• Support Continuous Improvement to improve existing software quality.
• Design and implement software applications and reports per project standards.
