Job summary

Pathward, National Association is hiring a Software Developer for our hybrid, remote-office structure with onsite locations in select US cities. You will design, develop, test, and document software solutions as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent technical trade school and work experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in a professional technical environment.
• 1 year of professional software design and development experience preferred.
• General knowledge of the software development lifecycle, preferably Agile/Lean.
• Experience with a broad set of technologies listed in the tools section.

Responsibilities

• Develops flexible, maintainable solutions following guidelines and standards.
• Solves development problems using good design and practical experience.
• Reviews, modifies, enhances, and maintains existing systems; fixes issues and improves performance.
• Participates in planning and user story analysis and provides feedback.
