The role covers all phases of system conversion projects, from requirements to execution, and will require mentoring junior staff and leading key technical initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Hogan IDS, COBOL, JCL, EasyTrieve, ChangeMan, and ServiceNow, and will embrace both Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Software Application Development and Maintenance
• OR
• High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Software Application Development and Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Lead data file analysis to determine conversion approach; construct programs from specifications; unit test outputs to ensure they meet requirements.
• Provide technical support to systems by addressing complex issues; anticipate maintenance; ensure functionality for end users; develop technical solutions; lead major projects and delegate tasks with quality results.
• Mentor and train associates; participate in special projects; act as a technical resource for management and business units.
• Advise on strategies aligning developmental projects with long‑term business needs and technological direction; assist management in implementing initiatives across the division.
