Job summary

Clutch Canada is looking for a Software Engineer to join our AI team at Speechify, focused on data collection and model training operations. This 100% remote role involves finding audio data sources, operating our data ingestion pipeline on GCP, and collaborating with scientists to enhance model performance.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in bash/Python, Docker, and cloud technologies. Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $200,000 annually plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Find new sources of audio data for ingestion pipeline.
• Operate cloud infrastructure for data ingestion on GCP.
• Collaborate with Scientists to enhance data quality and scale.
• Craft the AI Team’s dataset roadmap.
