Job summary

Clutch Canada is searching for a skilled Software Engineer to join Speechify's AI team. This role involves all aspects of data collection to support model training operations in a 100% distributed environment. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background with 5+ years of experience, including proficiency in scripting languages and cloud infrastructure.

In this role, you will help develop high-quality datasets and work collaboratively with the AI team and leadership on enhancing data processing for transformative products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Find new sources of audio data and integrate it into our pipeline.
• Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for ingestion pipeline.
• Collaborate with Scientists to enhance data quality and scale.
