Job summary

COLSA Corporation in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Software Engineer to join the COLSA Software Factory (CSF). This remote position requires you to be within commuting distance for on-site work as needed and to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-value software solutions.

You will work with a cross-functional team, use Jira and GitHub Copilot, emphasize UI/UX, and participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies while designing, testing, and delivering modern applications.

• Develop and perform unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to merge code into mainline source control branches.
• Help establish new agentic development processes and technologies and lead the team toward increased adoption of both.
