Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced software engineering leader to oversee a team delivering the core product and new features. You will work with business analysts, product stakeholders, and support teams to translate needs into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.

You’ll guide architecture, code reviews, and production readiness while mentoring direct reports and driving timely delivery in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8+ years in industry with 2+ years in AVP/external equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a software development team delivering core product features.
• Partner with analysts, product stakeholders, and support teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Oversee design, code quality, release readiness, and production support.
• Guide proofs of concepts and technology evaluations for new tools and approaches.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, including architecture input and code reviews.
• Mentor and develop direct reports with regular feedback and career planning.
• Plan workload, remove obstacles, and ensure timely, quality commitments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
